When mineral water bottles enter the plastic crusher for crushing, they are usually crushed together with the bottle and lid. According to the quality of the raw materials, they can be roughly divided into the following categories.
1. Primary crushed material
The crushing material manufacturer only needs one plastic crusher to complete the operation. The entire plastic bottle is sent to the PET bottle crusher for recycling, and the stains will not be removed. The crushed materials of the bottle and lid are mixed together, and this type of bottle flake material is called primary wool material, which is the cheapest material. There will be a strong odor in the crushing workshop.
2. Water containing crushed material
After removing the label, the plastic bottle is crushed and the material is washed with water, which is a simple cleaning process. Since the bottle is a floating material and the bottle cap is a submerged plastic, the two can be separated. The disadvantage is that the material is not dehydrated, and improper transportation or storage can have an impact on the environment.
3. Purified water crushing material
The crushing process for water containing raw materials is roughly the same, including de labeling, crushing, and water separation. The next step is slightly different. For purified raw materials, the crushed materials are separately placed in cleaning equipment for rinsing, spin drying, and dehydration. Water purification materials are almost devoid of beverage and sediment components, with high cleanliness and the most expensive price.
