1、 Lubrication is necessary for bearing components. Lubrication has a significant impact on their service life. Improper addition of lubricant, too much or too little, cannot lubricate effectively. In addition, different parts have specific requirements for the selection of models for lubricants and need to be purchased and added according to the lubricants specified by the manufacturer.
2、 The sealing component allows dust to enter the contaminated lubricant. During the reproduction process, due to the high density of the surrounding ultrafine powder, if the sealing of the bearing is poor, the fine powder will enter the gap with the lubricant and form the oil scale along the lubricant, which will affect the lubrication effect and cause the bearing to wear out faster. If too much powder is fed, the bearing will be blocked and work will stop directly. In addition to sealing, the installation steps and environment of the bearing will also cause varying degrees of lubricating oil pollution.
3、 Due to excessive friction and fatigue in the manufacturing of bearings, the bearing parts of vertical grinding equipment generate rapid heat. When the temperature is too high, it is easy to cause bearing damage, fatigue operation wear and aging during overwork and overload acceleration, which seriously shortens the service life.
4、 If the quality of the supporting bearings is poor compared to the rolling mill itself, or if the accuracy of the accessories of the vertical rolling mill is not high, the wear of the bearing gearbox will be relatively severe, which is also the reason for accelerating the scrapping process. When purchasing a cooperative manufacturer, we should pay attention to the manufacturer's strength and quality certification, and negotiate cooperation on the premise of ensuring that the equipment operates with guaranteed after-sales service.
